Basic Beef Mop

1 Package of Knorr Au Jus
1 Box Campbell beef stock
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  1. Mix ingredients Bring to boil and strain
  2. Use to baste BBQ beef Products 3

Foo King Bucket of Beef Bones

1 - 2 Racks of Prime Rib Bones
Mad Cow Beef Seasoning To Taste
Basic Beef Mop
1 cup Foo King Hot Sauce
1/2 cup your favourite BBQ sauce ( I use Cattle Boyz)

  1. Clean ribs and remove membrane on back of rack and any large pieces go grizzle and fat.
  2. Pat rack dry and apply Mad Cow Beef Seasoning on beef coat evenly
  3. Preheat BBQ to 220 degrees
  4. Place rack in BBQ and cook for app 7-8 hours until ribs are tender but not dry
  5. After 4 hours of cooking baste ribs every 1 for the last 2-3 hours
  6. 1/2 hour before meat is to be pulled ( about 185 -190 deg internal temperature) Mix Foo King Hot Sauce and BBQ sauce together and brush lightly over racks to give a light glaze
  7. Pull ribs when meat has an internal temp of 210 deg glaze once more with Foo King and BBQ sauce Mixture and let rest for 10 to 15 Minutes
  8. Enjoy

Honey Butter Poultry Injection

1 lb Honey
1 ib Butter
Hand full of fresh parsley
Hand full of fresh sage
Hand full of fresh rosemary
Hand full of fresh thyme
  1. Place all ingredients into a large pot and bring to a simmer take of heat and let the fresh herbs swap like a tea into the honey and butter mixture
  2. Strain and inject cool liquids into poultry white meat
